Tracy Murr

Susie has been with our office since 2000 and is our Office Manager.  She is available to help you with all of your insurance needs and works closely with Small Business Owners.  Susie has lived in the Prescott area since 1998.  In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping and watching football with family and friends. 

Missy joined Tracy’s team in 2007 as an Insurance Account Representative and works hard at taking care of peoples insurance needs on a daily basis. She has over 30 years of incredible State Farm experience. Missy has lived in the quad cities for over 20 years, where she and her husband have raised their two boys, who both still live here. She really enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoys living near her family and all the outdoor activities. She loves being able to continue her career with State Farm helping our customers meet their insurance and financial needs .

Shannon has been with our office since 2012 as an Insurance Account Representative. She loves helping customers with all of their insurance needs, including commercial products. Great customer service with a smile is her top priority. Shannon has been in Prescott since 2001. She loves to meet your fur babies, so bring them in to say hi and get a treat.

Brooke has been with our office since 2020 as an Insurance Account Representative. She has been assisting State Farm customers with their personal and commercial needs for 13 years. Brooke and her kiddos have only been in Prescott since 2020 when they relocated from the White Mountains of Arizona. She enjoys spending time with Family, outdoors adventures and Camping.

Kasey Jean has been with State Farm for over 13 years in 4 different states, and brings a touch of southern charm to the Prescott office. Originally from West Virginia, she is very active in animal rescue and has never met a creature she doesn’t like. In her free time, Kasey Jean usually has her nose in a book or her feet on a trail.

Kristen joined our office in March of 2024 as an Insurance Account Representative. She has over 20 years of insurance knowledge. Kristen really enjoys helping customers manage their everyday risks. Although Kristen has lived in Arizona for all her life, she is enjoying learning about her new hometown of Prescott. She enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, and traveling.

Kyle is an experienced insurance professional with over 30 years in the industry. Known for exceptional customer service and a deep knowledge of insurance, Kyle is committed to helping State Farm customers cover what matters most to them. Kyle has been in Prescott since 2015. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys hiking with his wife and son and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Shelly has been with our office since 2024 as a CSR. She enjoys helping our State Farm customers. She has over 38 years of a combination of business management, customer service and equipment service. Born and raised in Arizona, she is a proud fourth generation Arizonian. For the past 34 years, she has been married to her best friend and husband. They are blessed with a wonderful daughter and son-in-law. In her spare she enjoys spending time with her three grandboys creating lasting memories.
